By commissioning me you automatically agree
to the following terms:
① I have the right to decline a request.
② Using my work for any AI purposes is prohibited.
③ All payments made are non-refundable.
④ If I'm unable to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount.
⑤ General fees include only personal use, such as non monetized uploads.
⑥ I'm allowed to use and share your commission as my sample but if there is need to keep it private you will need to tell me in advance.
⑦ Credit me if you will use/post the work commissioned from me.
⑧ Rude customers and people who violate my T.O.S. will be blacklisted.
⑨ I may alter my T.O.S. or commission's prices in the future so please be alert.
